How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within Germany usually arrive in 3–5 days, deliveries to other countries in 5–7 days after the contract is concluded. We ship from Düsseldorf and deliver as fast as possible. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Every package can also be tracked on 17track.net.
How much does shipping cost?
Deliveries within Germany are free (€0.00 per order). For deliveries to other countries, shipping is calculated based on the gross order value. Full details on the Payment & Shipping page.
Why was my card declined?
First check whether your card has expired or lacks sufficient funds. If everything looks correct, your bank may have declined the transaction — contact your bank to authorize it and try again.

What is your return policy?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Details on condition and deadlines can be found in our return policy.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the existing item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
