Withdraw from contract
Withdrawal function pursuant to § 356a BGB / EU Directive 2023/2673. As a consumer you can withdraw from your contract here within the withdrawal period.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
You can declare your withdrawal directly online using the withdrawal function below: first enter your details, then confirm the withdrawal in the second step. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email containing the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt.
